Making Appointments
You can make your appointment by phone or in person, a card is required to have on file for all reservations. Payment via card for services is highly recommended. (we are working to limit cash transactions during this time due to the coronavirus). A 50% non-refundable security deposit is required for all appointments.

Late Arrivals

All clients are recommended to arrive to appointments at least 15 minutes before appointment time to fill out needed paper work. In order to best serve all of our clients, we regret to inform you that we can’t extend your service time if you’re running late (but you’re still responsible for your full service fee). Service time will be adjusted based on the time you arrive.

Guest Cancellations
We ask that you let us know of any cancellations within 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will still be responsible for the 50% non-refundable security deposit. Missed appointments without notice (before appointment time) will result in full payment of the service(s) booked. This policy also applies to individuals that are visiting with a group. Thanks for understanding.

All appointment cancellations or adjustments should be made via phone, no emails please!

Gratuity
Gratuity is always appreciated. A typical gratuity is based at 20% of all services combined. Gratuity is automatically added for groups of four or larger. 20% gratuity automatically added to packages with 2 services or more.
